Poster Board Preparation

Please prepare your poster ahead of time and bring it to the conference. Your poster will be attached to a larger cork board that is on wheels, double sided, and 6 ft wide X 4 ft high. You can use push pins, clips, or binder clips to hold your poster in place. The text and table of the poster should be in at least 14 to 16 point type, preferably a bold or block typeface so that it can be read from a distance of several feet.  Graphs and diagrams are helpful; bulleted points are usually more effective than formal text or complete sentences.  Keep it simple!  Think "display."  Think of the information on your poster as an advertisement for your study; it provides your primary and take-home points, rather than a complete listing of what you found in the study.
