The deadline for application to the School Counseling program is January 15. Application forms and information can be found below. The GRE test is required for admissions, as well as the TOEFL for degree-seeking applicants whose native language is not English.

To apply:
- Complete the Purdue University Graduate Application materials (application, three letters of recommendation, two copies of official transcripts from all colleges and universities previously attended, and a 500 word statement of purpose).
- GRE general test scores are required of all applicants.
