During student review, if faculty conclude that serious concerns about a student's skills, academic work, or professional dispositions warrant remediation, a contract is drawn up by the student's advisor, addressing pertinent concerns. The advisor then discusses the concerns and contract with the student, including the time frame for demonstrating adequate progress. Dispositions include, but are not limited to, ability to receive feedback; punctuality; attendance; ability to work with individuals in authority; appropriate professional behavior; and ability to work with peers.
