VERIFICATION FORMS

The Counseling Psychology program requires students to complete the Ethics Verification Form, the Student Handbook Verification Form, and the APA Practice Guideline Verfication Form within the first semester of matriculation into the program. Each form specifies that the student has read the particular material, understands the material, and knows how to obtain answers to questions about the material.
