Practice Guidelines Verification

All students in the Counseling Psychology program are expected to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the current ethical standards as well as the practice guidelines and codes of conduct for psychologists. This form is used to provide verification to the program that our students, who are registered for EDPS 61400 Advanced Counseling Practicum, (a) know where to locate, (b) have familiarized themselves with, and (c) are aware of whom to consult regarding the ethical and practice standards / guidelines (e.g., those listed below) related to professional psychology.
